Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 September 2026
These terms govern your use of https://www.nitaai.co.uk (the website). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These are website terms only. Access to a Nita demonstration, pilot, platform or paid service is subject to a separate written agreement. If there is any conflict, that separate agreement takes priority for the relevant service.

2 About Nita
Nita is being developed as a procurement intelligence product. It is intended to structure procurement data provided by organisations and support analysis of contracts, suppliers, spend, renewals, commercial risks and opportunities.
The website describes our current product direction and may include illustrative interfaces, fictional supplier examples, sample data, roadmap items and features that are still under development. Unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing, website content is not a commitment that a feature, integration, certification, result or release date is available.
3 Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful business information and to contact us about Nita. You must not:
- use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, systems, accounts or data;
- introduce malware, malicious code or harmful material;
- probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without our prior written authorisation;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract website content or personal information except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority; or
- use our content, branding or materials to create confusion about an association with us.
We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or access creates a security, legal or operational risk.
4 Website content is not professional advice
Website content is provided for general business information only. It is not legal, financial, accounting, regulatory or other professional advice. Contract commentary, commercial observations and examples on the website are illustrative and should not be relied on as a substitute for review by appropriately qualified professionals.
Nita is intended to support human analysis and decision-making. Artificial intelligence outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be checked against source material and relevant business context before action is taken.
5 Demonstrations and information you provide
If you ask us to review a contract or other procurement material for a demonstration:
- do not send confidential material until we have agreed the scope and a suitable transfer method;
- you confirm that you are authorised to provide the material and request the analysis;
- you should remove personal information and confidential material that is not needed for the demonstration;
- any analysis is preliminary, illustrative and subject to the agreed demonstration terms; and
- we may decline material that creates legal, security, confidentiality or technical concerns.
Providing material does not create a customer relationship or impose confidentiality obligations unless those obligations are set out in a separate written agreement, such as a non-disclosure agreement or pilot agreement.
6 Intellectual property
We or our licensors own the website and its content, including text, design, graphics, software, product concepts, trademarks and branding, except for material clearly identified as belonging to someone else.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the website for your internal business information. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Nita, our logos and associated branding are trade names or marks claimed by us. No right to use them is granted except to identify our business accurately.
7 Third-party links and services
The website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including scheduling and communications tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not mean that we endorse the third party.
8 Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the website without notice. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.
We take reasonable care with website content but do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current. You should verify information that matters to a commercial decision.
9 Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that:
- we are not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general or illustrative website content;
- we are not liable for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control;
- we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, data or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of the website; and
- our total liability arising from or connected with free use of the website is limited to GBP 100.
These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. Liability relating to a demonstration, pilot or paid service will be governed by the separate agreement for that service.
10 Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information. Our Cookie Notice explains how the website uses cookies and similar technologies. Both form part of the information provided to website users.
11 Linking to the website
You may link to the website in a fair and lawful way that does not damage our reputation or suggest an endorsement or association that does not exist. You must not frame the website on another site or link from unlawful, misleading or harmful content. We may withdraw linking permission at any time.
12 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our business or applicable law. The latest version will be published here with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after an update means the revised terms apply from that point.
13 General
If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of our rights. These terms do not give rights to anyone other than you and us.
14 Governing law and courts
These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives an individual consumer the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
